The moves Drake has been making this year have been nothing short of major. With the release of his album Scorpion, and his major tour with the Migos, it would seem as though the Toronto rapper has his plate full. However, Drake is making another major play this year, as he builds his 35,000 square foot mega-mansion in Toronto.

Located in the same neighborhood where Prince once lived, Drizzy’s new home is being built by architect Ferris Rafauli. According to TMZ, the mansion has a full NBA-sized basketball court in the basement. The lux pad will also include a spa, massage room, sauna, snack lounge, pool, and hotub, all in the same facility as the court.

The rest of the home will match the basement in luxury and flyness. The house itself will have a recording studio, champagne bar, and home theater. Additionally, a rooftop bar, terrace, and huge pool will be included in the above ground portion of the house. The architect who is working on the home posted a sneak peek of the mansion progress.
