Lil Durk Embarks on ‘Sorry For The Drought Tour’ This Summer with Star-Studded Line-Up
Rap artist Lil Durk, known for his album “Almost Healed”, is gearing up for a summer tour titled “Sorry For The Drought”.
The tour is slated to commence in Tampa, Florida on July 28, with Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama featuring as guest performers in certain cities.
The tour, produced by Live Nation, will see Lil Durk on the road for three months, making stops in several major cities including Atlanta, Brooklyn, Detroit, Houston, and Los Angeles. He will also perform in his hometown, Chicago, in August.
“I’ve been away for a while, but I’m back for good. I look forward to giving the world something exciting with ‘Sorry For The Drought’,” Lil Durk announced on Instagram, tagging Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama in the post.
The “Sorry For The Drought Tour” is set to promote Lil Durk’s upcoming eighth studio album, “Almost Healed”, which is supported by Alamo Records. The album will be available on digital service providers (DSPs) from May 26.
The lead single from “Almost Healed”, titled “All My Life”, features Dreamville Records’ founder, J. Cole. The music video for this collaborative track has already hit over 10 million views on YouTube.
In the past, Lil Durk has achieved two No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart. His joint album with Lil Baby, “The Voice of the Heroes”, secured the top spot in 2021, and “7220” followed suit the next year.
Tickets for the “Sorry For The Drought Tour” will go on sale starting with a Live Nation presale on May 17. General tickets will be available from Thursday, May 18 at 10 am local time, and can be purchased through ticketmaster.com and almost-healed.com.
