Celebrities join forces for Re/Create, a series of fashion auctions held to aid in Hurricane Sandy relief. Some of the stylish participants include Kanye West, Skrillex, Kelly Osbourne, Anne Hathaway, Selena Gomez, Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs, and Nicola Formichetti.

Kanye West autographed a pair of his signature Yeezy IIs for the charity effort. Skrillex is giving up the “Baby Maker” WeSC jacket he wore at the 2012 Grammys. Lady Gaga stylist Nicola Formichetti contributed a custom signed NICOPANDA Mugler bag.

Kelly Osbourne is allowing bidders to purchase the champagne-colored feathered Sue Wong Gown evening gown she wore to Elton John’s Aids foundation event while Selena Gomez contributes a signed bottle of her perfume line.

“Like many New Yorkers, we were saddened by the devastation of Hurricane Sandy and motivated to help,” Re/Create writes on their site. “To assist the ongoing relief and rebuilding efforts we are proud to present this auction of personal, one of a kind items donated by prominent members of our creative community.”

About RE/CREATE New York
RE/CREATE is a new charitable platform for creators to give back, launched as a non-for-profit division of CREATETHE GROUP. For the inaugural launch we are helping with the ongoing Hurricane Sandy relief and rebuilding efforts. We have rallied prominent creators to donate personal, one-of-a-kind items for auction. We have also asked our creators to curate a playlist for your entertainment. 100% of proceeds from your bids and donations will support the Hurricane Sandy relief efforts of New York Cares.
