Jay-Z Producing New Action Movie For Netflix
Jay-Z will reunite with director Jeymes Samuel to produce a live-action movie adaptation of the comic “Irredeemable.” Jay-Z and Samuel recently worked together for the film, The Harder They Fall, which hit Netflix in 2021. Irredeemable is a comic about the downfall of a superhero named Plutonian, who destroys the people he once protected. Plutonian’s behavior causes his former nemesis, Max Damage, to play the hero. Mark Waid created the comic and said he’s excited to see Samuel’s take on the graphic novel.
