Cardi B Claims Self Defense Against Security Guard
Cardi B is claiming self-defense against a Beverly Hills security guard, Emani Ellis, who filed a lawsuit over the alleged attack. The security guard claims Cardi hit her in the head, face, and body while spitting and using multiple profanities. As a result of the attack, she says she cannot work and now has “permanent disabilities.” According to legal documents obtained by the Blast, Cardi admitted to the fight but said any violence on her part was only to protect herself from the woman’s “assault.” Cardi’s legal team hopes that the judge will not award the security guard for what they call “speculative damages.”
