Lil Wayne Selling Miami Beach Mansion For $29.5 Million
Lil Wayne is attempting to sell his Miami Beach mansion for a hefty price tag of $29.5 million. He purchased the home which is located on Allison Island in 2018 for $16.75 million. The house includes seven bedrooms and a movie theater. It is roughly 10,600 square feet and includes an outdoor swimming pool. Cyril Matz, the listing agent for the property, told the Wall Street Journal the house next to the mansion sold for $16.5 million in January. The listing agent did not address why Wayne is looking to sell the mansion.
