Kendrick Lamar Settles Copyright Lawsuit For "All The Stars" Music Video Ft. Sza

The legal proceedings regarding “All the Stars” by Kendrick Lamar are finally done. According to The Blast, Kendrick Lamar and SZA have settled the case, where they allegedly used an artist’s work without her permission for the music video.

According to court documents, both parties agreed to drop the litigation against each other. Intially artist Lina Iris Viktor accused K Dot and SZA of using elements from her paintings for their video. She claims they used pieces of her works “Constellations I,” “Constellations II” and “Constellations III” were shown in the video without permission to use them prior to the video’s release.

Details of their settlement are undisclosed, but case is closed, per their agreement.
