Xscape To Be Honored At Soul Train Awards
Legendary R&B group, Xscape will receive the Lady of Soul Honor at the 2022 Soul Train Awards. “Given how important Soul Train is to all of us, we’re so thankful to be honored with the Lady of Soul Award this year,” the ladies said in a press release. “It’s going to be an amazing night, and we can’t wait to see you all there.” Xscape saw their rise in the 1990s with the success of releases like “Just Kickin’ It” and “Understanding.” The group consists of Kandi Buruss-Tucker, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, Tamika Scott, and LaTocha Scott. They released three albums, all of which earned Platinum certifications. The Soul Train Awards will take place on November 27 at 8 pm on BET and BET Her.
